Compact designs and modern designs are available with a variety of pipe lines and stitching steps.
Evaporators with forced circulation of air are intended for installation in freon systems. They are designed for installation in cooling chambers whose air temperature ranges from -25 ° C to + 5 ° C.
They are compact built, modern designed and are characterized by a high degree of utilization, reliability in operation and quality of materials used for their production. The evaporator block is made of copper pipes (Ø14 mm) arranged in corridor arrangement (45 × 45) and aluminum lamellas. They are available with a variety of pipe rows as well as a step of lamella. Mechanical expansion of copper tubes creates excellent contact between the pipe and the lamella. After making the evaporative block, it is tested with nitrogen at a pressure of 30 bar.
Evaporators can be supplied with electric heat dissipation heaters on request. These heaters are located in the evaporator block, and in the case of the use of evaporators in chambers with an air temperature of -25 ° C to -10 ° C, it is recommended to use an extra heater pair that is stored in the bath. The cover and the evaporator sink are made of ordinary or plasticized aluminium.
The evaporators are equipped with an axial fan with a protective net. The fan motors are designed as single-phase with protection class IP44 and insulation class B. They are designed for operation at ambient temperatures from -50 ° C to + 50 ° C. Special versions are available at the request of the customer.
